The Pearl & Dolphin Cluster were made with a silver plated earring wire, dolphin pendant, hanging approximately 1.1/4" from the base of the earring hook.  Earrings mounted with stopper on Ocean Series card.
 
Stones:

Turquoise (resin - imitation) dark teal blue

Carnelian (dyed)

Green Aventurine

Dyed Pearl

There will be a slight variation in stone size, shape, color and wire wrapping from this computer screen sample and from each individual earring piece. 

There may be natural crack lines inside some stones.

To clean, use a soft jewelry polishing cloth.
